SimplBuild has been founded by a small group of people who have decided to tackle the largest problems in the construction industry. These include miscommunication, delayed timelines, and unexpected costs. To solve these problems we have decided to eliminate in-house labor teams and work only with the top 5% of contractors. The contractors in our elite community on average have 15 years of experience, each licensed and vetted before onboarding. We have also put in the power of technology to increase efficiency at every phase. Our goal is to create a simple customer experience!
